I made this lovely pink vinegar from my dad’s grape vines in Abergavenny

the vinegar is sweetened with meadowsweet flowers, cranberries, apricot and vanilla

its great for headaches (meadowsweet is the plant form of aspirin)

mix with warm, cold or fizzy water to taste

250ml makes approx 7 drinks

500ml makes approx 14 drinks
