The vermouth is made from a base of beautiful natural red wine, Pegase from domaine d’epinay, with épine noir, the blackthorn flower and cognac infusion. Passionflower gin is heady light bitter green almond and rowan berry gives it the medicinal fruity tang you’d usually associate with an italian aperitif. a touch of wormwood is the deepest bitter note

the botanicals are a massive vitamin c dose and the passionflower is a gentle anti anxiety herb for calm focussed energy
